![]() To determine if it is a windsor or not is easy. First, look at where the top radiator hose enters the block. If it enter at the intake then is a Windsor. If it enters directly at the block below the intake then its a Cleveland. You can also tell by the valve covers. The top of the covers on a Windsor are flat and the Clevelands come to a point almost.
The is a code stamped on the block (I forget where) and one of the digits denotes the year it is. There is also a 351M which you don't want to build. They're junk!! ------------------ '82 GT 351W C-4,BBK headers,Carter 625 carb,Comp.Cam,Flowmaster exhaust. 1988 GT...T-5,bone stock |
