if he uses different gears his speedo will probably get screwed up (guy i know has 3.55's, 5-speed & his is really off)
the 3.73's will probably improve 1/4 mile by 3-4 tenth's depennding on driving style (limited to around 130mph with stock size rubber).
3.55's are perfect for street & daily driving (runs around 140mph, police verified 137mph when they handed the guy i know his ticket. OUCH!).
4.10's should be used with taller tire (dont know top speed, probably around 110-120mph with stock sized tire)
I would go for the 3.55's
Hope this helps
