Oopps, I forgot about that part of the question!

Agent is pretty much correct, but it depends on what kind of condition your engine is in. Mileage isn't really relevant, it's condition that counts. Do a compression test, both wet and dry, and see what the difference is. The single most important factor in deciding if your engine can handle it is how good a seal your rings have.
