![]() JBA makes headers for the 79-85 Mustang with the heat riser,the little stove pipe looking thing on your headers.
But a lot of people just ignore that,what it does I have no clue but I know it is called a heat riser. One other thing I would upgrade is the rear axle you have a glass-jawed 7.5 inch rearend get an 8.8 in there,with a set of good gears. I would also step uo to maybe a 600 Holley and Eddy performer intake manifold,and later on invest in some heads.
