You know I was having the same problems with my car here in the desert. I got tired of running the electric fan and so I went with the police package setup. I am running the police clutch and the police fan. Don't have any cooling problems now unless I am sitting in traffic not moving. Once I start moving it drops back down to about 190*. Hope this helps.
