Dude I hate to laugh, but you are becoming an old MAN! Heehee. Seriously though, I have done some bad damage to my knees and it does hurt! Take care and don't do any serious activities for a while. (Like standing up
 ) You probably won't be able to kneel on it for a while so take it easy and ice it!Feel better Dan!
