Default Timing?

Thanks for the great welcome.
Today I'm going to check the timing, what should it be at/near?
Also, in a while I'm gonna change plugs/wires and the cap and rotor and that stuff. Whats your favourite brand of plugs and wires?

Oooh, also what can you tell me about a 4 cyl. Mustang that has 8 spark plugs? Mine doesn't I've just heard about it and I'm wondering.

heres a pic of my Mustang. I wish it was the one on the right, but thats my brothers friends 2002.
