Don't know much about your set-up but 45psi fuel pressure seems high to me. That won't keep you from starting unless your plugs are fouling.

Check your electrical connections for signs of corrosion. If you live anywhere that uses roadsalt in the winter it's not uncommon to get bad connections.

What about the condition of the cap and rotor? Any unusual build-up or cracks?

How old are your plug wires?

If any of the basic tune-up parts are in question change them.
