We all laughed at him and made fun of him. Stupid ricers, I know Blue is illegal here because blue light on a vehicle represents snow removal, I know your not allowed to have red either cause that is the colour for the police. Either way these stupid ricers believe it makes them look 'cool', I actually glad they have them on so when I see a this glowing car with a billion neon lights I'm ready to hand him his ***.

here in bc its illegal to have neons on while the car is in motion. down at the local gathering place (port kells) one can watch ricers getting busted for doing all sorts of stupid things and one can see all sorts of stupid ricers mods. that and there is always lots of nice looking mustangs there.
