it wont be $400, theres a guy at a local ford dealer that does it on the side for $75, i've talked to many people who have had him do it and he does a good job, also a friend is going to buy gears soon but he wants 3.73's so i may have him get some 4.10s and i'll give him my gears and a little extra cash
