There are only two things that can speed up the recovery from a hang over, dring lots of water and get lots of rest. Preferably in your bed, not by the toliet

Also, if you eat something while your drinking, this will help decrease your hangover this next morning.... keep this in mind, if you drink alcohol and water (like scotch and water), it will mess you up faster.
