The fact is a hang over is from lack of B vitamins and dehydration of the brain. Before you pass out for the night eat a banana (high in b vitamins) and drink as much water as you can.
First thing in the morning eat another and down another glass of water. You wont avoid hangovers but you will be able to drink more and get away with no hangover. Skyler
