Chris, I Dont Understand what you mean by "4) Set the fuel pressure to 38 psi (w/ the vac disconnected and plugged)."

I Dont Have An Adjustable Puel Pressure Regulator, OrAn FP Guage.


Also, What Stock Parts Should I Clean Up? Thanks.
