I have a Bassani off road X pipe and yes, it has both. You have to disconnect the small pipe where it Y's, just above the passenger side header, and cut it. It came with a diagram showing you exactly where to cut it at. I have no basis for comparison as far as the sound or performance difference between the two. All I know is that the X-pipe and 2 chamber flows gave my stang a wicked sound. I am extremely pleased withe the performance and sound associated with the X-pipe.

I have heard good things about the H pipe, so I am sure you will be pleased either way you choose to go.
