Your stock injectors should be fine as long as you run a FMU. You might want to upgrade when you do your other mods, 30#'s would be lots for the future mods you listed (as well as a properly calibrated MAF, of course). The 190lph fuel pump will probably be O.K. but for the price difference of going to a 255lph it might be nice to have piece of mind.
