well i used to just put stuff on mine for about 3 day's, then let it dry, but if you have clothing rubbing , it's different, jeez the last one i got was in 1985, so i guess i aint much help, but it never failed someone would alway's smack me there, just dont peel the scabs, i do remember that, btw , i started just getting black, because color, esp red soak's into your body. hope i was some help? take care & good luck, that is a unique tat.
