Check my sig. I did exactly what you are looking for but for a little added fun a stroked the 351 to 393. Wasn't "too" difficult but it takes some research to make sure you get the correct parts. I'm still in the process of breaking her in (300 miles and counting). Regarding the EFI setup, Edelbrock and FRPP make a lower intake manifold that will fit and accept any 5.0 or 5.8 upper manifold. Not much more expensive than the 302 setup. People have been putting 351's into the Fox's for years.
