If your going to buy a new H-pipe, get the one without the cats, if you have to pass emissions it may take you a 1/2 to 1 hour to swith back to your stock H-pipe. You may not feel a major difference on the road, but if your looking to cut off a little extra time on the strip then go without cats, each little bit adds up.
