I need help ASAP
I'm mid way through taking my T-5 off. I have all the bolts off between the bellhousing and the engine, including all the cables that connect to the transmission, but I can't seperate it enough from the engine to drop it How do I pull the shaft of the tranny out of the engine? Thanks, I am losing it over here!

I prefer to pull the tranny separately, then the bellhousing.
But that's just me. Take care, ~Chris

I agree with pkrwud, i just did a tranny job on my car and i pulled the tranny without the bellhousing. Maybe you missed a bolt somewhere on the crossmember or just need to get some grime freed up before the gasket will let go. (well at least the gasket in a tube thats probably on there)

ok, I got it...
Sorry about the earlier post. I guess I was too frusrated. I knew it something small I missed. I didn't remember to take the starter off. I remembered each small little bolt on bellhousing, but not the big starter. Thanks, Keith
