I think maybe he was just pissy about getting the runaround. I know that things break, mistakes are made, etc. To err is human, right?
But...when the manfacturer either doesn't at least TRY to help me, or brushes me off etc, it drives me up the WALL!!! That has happened to me soooo many times, with parts, my PAINTJOB, etc. We're liable to fly off the handle, cuss the company, their owner....his mother  ...anything! I think he was just upset that Eric told him to grow up right off the bat...he guy was obviously just venting... |
