Setting up the internals of a differential is one of the jobs that takes more tools than the average shade tree mechanic generally has available. It should be a job left to a professional shop. If you want to do part of the work, you can pull the axles and unbolt the "pumpkin" and just take that to the shop. Call around to find a shop that will even work on the pumpkin, start with truck and 4x4 places. Good luck.
