How do you know that the belt is slipping? (other than you're not seeing enough pressure)

The reason I ask is that it appears that your car is heavily modded and more importantly, your engine is 'breathing' very well. Therefore, you may not see the advertised boost levels based on pulley diameter. This doesn't mean that you car isn't making power, but rather it is using fuel and air very efficiently. Have you tried switching to a smaller pulley? What about a 12-rib belt? I know ProCharger has them on some of their newer kits to eliminate belt slippage.

I'm interested in hearing your response as I'm really leaning towards a D-1SC for my new 331.
