easiest way for you to figure out them two lines you have loose is to pull another stang up next to yours. you should know somebody i hope who has one. then you can see where his/hers go and check for any you might have mixed up as well.
i removed my a/c with the smog pump so im not sure but i think you can simply remove it and run a shorter belt. i had to move the tensioner pulley to where the a/c used to be, but i dont think you will have to. use a string to find out what length belt you need. later, Q
