There are only two things that will usually add up to you overheating when stopped, but not overheating when you are crusin.

#1 Water Pump
#2 Fan Assembly. (If you've got the flex fan, you can pretty much throw that one out the window.)

Putting that aside, what is a little hot? Are you going off the factory gauges, or do you have a real temp gauge?
