You should be able to get a Griffin or Fluidyne for under $300. Don't know much about after market electric fans. You might try to find a factory fan from a newer model and then put a flex-a-lite controller on it. The computer wouldn't even know it was out there.

I've got a Griffin radiator and a Flex-a-lite controller with a 160 T-stat. My car runs right around 175-180 most of the time. It'll go up to 200 when I'm killing it, but it comes right back down. 100% water will help you run cooler, too. But don't forget to add some Zerex come winter time. I'm garaged for winter so anti-freeze isn't an issue for me.


BTW, How do you like the Nitto DRs? I don't know anyone around here that's using them.
