- UPDATE -
Incase anyone cares, we found an engine. I'm renting a truck and driving to Bakersfield to pick it up tomarrow. I'd rather get something reliable though, buy it from Summit Racing or something like that. Or the great deal "PKRWUD" was hooking us up with. But it's his money. It's a friend of a friend kind of a deal, long block or $800. When I get more details I'll let you know.
From what I know now there is this guy, friend of Earle's who has a friend that owns a junk yard there. The friend's going to pull the engine for us. (We're giving him something in return even though he didn't ask for anything.) Then I'm driving it back to LA, where my 'stang is right now. I know I'm being pessimistic, but it's in a junk yard. And Earle's a cheapskate. Anywho... *crosses fingers* If it was my money I'd just get done the right way in the begining.
