Two ways I know of
Let them modify and serialize there in their shop --or-- http://www.steeda.com/PR/Mustang/winners/winners.htm These are the only two "real" ways I know of, otherwise they are replicas... Mine is still a replica, I do not have either serial tag. I have all my specs into Steeda, awaiting to win the monthly contest.............
