Ok. Ill try this one, first I am assume that the steering wheel is the stock one, if so I'm shure it has cracks around the outer ring so check for a large ( long) crack at hub. If present then it may be causing the horn connection to be shorting out( when the wheel is in certin positions( this happended to me) Question: will / did the horn work at all four places? {center an all three outer points} Now when you replaced / fixed it what parts did you get ? there are at least two sets of replacement parts for the horn ring(one is white the other brown) using the wrong one can also cause these problems. Let me know
