![]() I just did mine recently. I used 3M buffing compound and an 8in buffer. I'd recommend a 6in buffer next time, but 8 was available. I don't recall the part # of the compound. Should be available at most body shops or automotive paint stores. It's right around $40/quart, but it works awesome. After I was finished I topped it off with Rain-X wax. Couldn't believe the difference. If you've got a lot of elbow, Mothers works pretty good. Never tried it with a buffer though.
