Chip,
The bypass valve is plumbed between the intake line to the supercharger and the discharge tube. Each point where the lines to and from the valve meet the intake or dicharge should have a "boss". This is a threaded stub that accepts the nipple for the valve's hoses. Threading into an elbow or tube that does not have a boss is not the way to go. I would imagine that Powerdyne produces the bossed elbows and discharge tube for installation of a bypass valve, if they're still in business. I know Vortech sells them, but they're not cheap. |
