Well the following things would need to be removed or be of no use after swap:
Upper and lower intake
injectors
TB and EGR
much of the wiring harness
EEC
distributor
all smog accessories
ignition?
fuel rails and FPR

You'd need:
Carburetor
Carb'd intake
distributor for Carb'd engine
fuel pump (mechanical or electric) and lines to connect it to your existing ones.
A new ignition?
you may have to rewire certain things to keep them working such as gauges, lights, check engine lights, etc.

I'm not really sure other than this because I've never done the swap myself. Just going off of the top of my head to try and give you some idea.

Of course, if you're putting a 351W in the car anyways, then just ignore taking most of that stuff off the car as it will come out with the old motor.
