I'm moving to the Raleigh area. Because I don't have any cats I won't even pass the visual inspection. I emailed the NC DMV but have not received a response yet.
I plan to have my Mustang trailered down but would hate to get it there only to find out I can't license it. The only place I could drive it then is up and down my driveway...  |
