Just find the right shop and you want have to worry about it. I've never had any kind of emissions tests performed on any of my vehicles, no matter where I've taken them. Nobody even checks to see if the original smog equipment (i.e; cats, smog pump) are still in place. I don't think you'll have much of a problem.
