North Carolina Sniffer

I was hoping you wouldn't say Raleigh, Charlotte or Winston-Salem. These places check for emissions. I don't think most small towns have the sniffer test yet, we don't here. The emission stickers in the bigger cities, have blue in the center, meaning emissions testing where as the rest of the state has yellow and its not all that hard to pass. Good luck and Welcome!
