Lightbulb NC Emission inspection

Check out the NC Air Quality Division website, it has some useful info, including the phase-inn of emissions testing.

With the mods you have you would never pass a serious emissions test but with the low mileage you may be able to get an exception or some kind of waiver or just look for a friendly shop, as previously suggested.

The NC DMV site may be able to help. They have an area for emissions questions. I checked it out and it doesn't look good for non-compliant cars. See for yourself.
