Yeah, the '70 Mach 1 is one of my all time favourites - always wanted to own one, and was lucky enough to find one in pretty good shape.

It was sprayed black when we bought it, but it is now being done over in BMW Imola Red. It looks like the original colour might have been a midnight blue. Hope it turns out as well as I think it will. We have also found most of the parts we needed second hand locally - there are a lot of enthusiasts here, and you can find a lot of bits and pieces if you look around.

The biggest problem right now is to get the right stuff for the roof lining and the upholstery. May have to source that from the US.

Chris, I have the numbers for you - I think! The number in the valley is 3N7, and the number on the block is B141CV. There is also a number on the conrod: D6VE. The car's chassis number, if you're interested, is 0F05R152199.
