I'm not sure what his reserve price is, but if it isn't much more than yeah, it seems like a pretty good price. A blower like that for a carbureted motor will go for $2000-3000 (depending on single/double carb, polished,etc) a good supercharger for a fuel injected moter will go for about $3000, but you can find them for as low as $2000 depending on how much you want to get out of them. The blower you posted is probably for an earlier 302, it looks pretty good.
