Yeah, the Windsor block was used all the way through '95. The 'best' years were 89-92, I think. In '85 you could still get a 4v carb on the motor, so I'm thinking you might want newer than that.

You might want to ask in the Windsor power forum, and the classic one too, for all the info about swapping in a new motor into that car.
