Matt. the system was designed to cool a two core radiator. now that you have 1 more core, you have to cool more fluid. since the pullies are not stock, they cant keep up with the new demand.get the ford performance high volume water pump. that should solve your problems with the underdrive pullies. i already assume you have a new thermostat in it.
