Nah...white should be stock...but like the rearend, ford jipped us again (3.73 should be stock...holy crap--it's not like it's a performance car or anything). Check out

It gives a good break down on how to disassemble the face. Don't mess w/ it if you don't know what you're doing. Read this FIRST, otherwise you could mess up more than just your tach. It's pretty indepth and easy to follow.
