Go to any auto parts store, and ask for a battery terminal cleaning tool. It will have a male wire brush on one end, and a female wire brush on the other.

TPS:
Use two small safety pins, and completely pierce the Green and Black wires. Attach the DMM pos lead to the safety pin in the green wire, and the neg lead to the pin in the black wire. Turn on the DMM to DC Volts on the 20 scale. Turn on the ignition, and read the DMM. What does it say? Now move the throttle to WOT. What does the DMM say? Release the throttle, and slowly move it to WOT. Does the DMM increase smoothly?

Post your results.

Take care,
~Chris
