I'm running 2 1/4 behind the Hooker long tubes and then there's a 5' long tube going back to the Dynomax, they are bracketed at the rear to the front of the axle hump. Tail pipes go out from there over the axle and around the tank and are terminated in 45 degree chrome tips. Looks very neat and tidy. These are fine with my crate 302 roller GT40 head engine. These are the recommended size pipes for sb 302s and smaller (both Edelbrock and Holley recommend) 2 1/4 on 302's and smaller and 2 1/2's on 351's and larger. I stuck with the recommended since they have the test gear and dynos.
