when I put on my X-pipe the the same nuts were imposible to remove. I tried a propane torch and it did not get them hot enough. I had to use a oxygen/acetylene to get them red hot and they still barley came off. You could take your car to a shop and have them crack the nuts if you still can't get them or you could get new headers and cut the bolts.
