![]() That gas sender/return dilema shouldn't be a problem. Either drill a hole for about an inch next to the tube already on the fuel sending unit and stick a tube welding it together as if you were doing a home plumbing job. Or you can simply hook the return line up to your drain hole. To pump the fuel I'd use an external fuel pump from say any other 80's truck that was equiped with an electronic fuel pump plenty of these at pull it yourself yards.
