![]() Hey Caymon,
I might be able to help a little, the air space for 2 10" Kicker Comps. is 2 cubic feet!!! You can make your box the entire width of the back and as high as possible. Keep it as thin as possible except at the bottom make it as deep as you can. Your right the air space is probably the cause of your speakers "bottoming out". What brand of amp are you running? If the 400 watts is the max then no that is not enough juice to push these subs good!! Hope this helps a little and isn't to confusing. See Ya, Karen ![]()
