I have 3.73 gears on my 98 GT, and I don't know an exact answer off the top of my head, but I know that I have gone a significant amount over 100 in 4th gear, around 115 from what I remember. Might even be able to go higher, although I don't know why you'd actually need to. You shouldn't ever have to use 5th gear on the track.
