I'm not sure of the exact specs, but when I did the exact same thing you're doing with my 88 gt, I didn't like it much. I put 93 cobra springs on the rear and it lowered the car a little bit. The front didn't really change as much as the rear, so now my car squats back all the time. It could just be that I got some crappy springs too. The ride is softer, but I'd personally rather have the GT springs back in it (if I still had them).
