![]() Oh!! absolutely, look like you are planning it the right way. I would put the head before I change anything because stock head is very restricted. Once you do the head the next thing would be intake,TB,mass air meter and then the whole exhaust system. You mentioned that you have NOS with 75 shots then I would put new fuel pump just to be on the safe side.
