![]() The 28" tall MT should hook alot better than the 26" Hoosier. Not because of the brands but because of the extra height. You get way more tire deflection with the 28"er. You're also running an automatic. When I switched from 26" to 28" it made a big difference. Unfortunately I have no 60' times but my car won't burn out in first anymore. I'd play with the tire pressure and make sure your tire isn't spinning on the rim. Also do small burnouts cause long ones bring oils in the rubber to the surface and reduce traction. I believe the NMRA mustangs have a limit of 28x10" and they're on the verge of the 8 second barrier. You just need to play with the tuning.
