Found a pully locally that was within 1/8 and shimmed it out to work ( I hope)

Got the alternator running straight now, and will attack the p/s in the morning when I figure out what I need for a belt.

It's getting closer to drivable, but it's still ugly. That'l have to wait for next summer as the hay is needing cut now.
